Warranty Information:

  • Rear mount WHITELINE bushing kits are covered for their lifetime.
  • WHITELINE performance products, including sway bar/anti-roll-kits, bracing, and alignment kits, are covered for 3 years from the date of purchase.
  • Installation components (Fitting Kits) are covered for 1 year from the date of original installation.

Warranty Conditions:

  • The warranties cover Whiteline Products against factory defects in material and workmanship, excluding coatings.
  • Applicable to Whiteline Products used on passenger cars and light trucks under normal use and operating conditions.
  • Exclusions: Warranties do not apply to defects arising from the Whiteline Products being used in motorsport, abused, altered, or incorrectly installed, lubricated, or maintained.
  • Original Purchaser: Warranties apply only to the original purchaser who retains ownership of the vehicle on which the Whiteline Product was originally installed.
  • Claim Process: Defective Whiteline Products must be shipped to the specified address along with a copy of the original receipt. If covered by warranty, the product will be replaced free of charge, with the Purchaser bearing the expense of claiming the warranty.

Shipping costs apply to the lower 48 states, unless stated otherwise, and international orders may be subject to additional customs or duties fees.

If any items are damaged or missing, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receipt so we can assist with a replacement. Claims made after this period will not be honored.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We strive to ship your order quickly, and once processing begins, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee. Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase may not incur a fee, but after that time, restocking fees (typically 20%) will apply depending on the items and the stage of fulfillment.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we are happy to assist with returns. However, due to the complexity of sourcing and delivering our products, returns are subject to a restocking fee (usually 20%) based on the item and manufacturer.

Before returning any items, please get in touch with us to receive a return authorization. All return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.
