Shipping Options and Times:

  • Your order will be delivered within 5 - 10 business days.
  • Please note that the shipping time does not include processing time, which may take up to 3 business days.
  • After your payment is authorized and verified, processing your order through our warehouses may take up to 2 business days.
  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday.

Worldwide Shipping:

  • We currently do not offer International shipping. However, please send us an email at support@Lunaticsco.com to inquire about a particular item. 

Shipping Methods:

  • We reserve the right to use a different shipping method than the one selected if it ensures faster delivery or the selected service is unavailable for your item.
  • If you choose ground service, the carrier may vary from your selection, but your tracking number will reflect the service we have used.
  • In cases where accelerated shipping is unavailable for your item, we will refund the difference between standard and accelerated shipping to your payment method, and you will be notified.

Shipping Time:

  • Shipping time is calculated during checkout. Remember that this time does not include processing time and may not be available for all items.

  • We partner with major carriers, including UPS, USPS, and FedEx, to provide reliable shipping services.

Address Changes:

  • Address changes are allowed on a case-by-case basis and within 2 business days of the original order placement. Contact our support team to see if your order is eligible for an address change.

Extend Shipping Protection:

  • You can enhance your shopping experience by adding Shipping Protection to your order at checkout for a nominal fee. This protection covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages during the shipping process.
