Shipping Options and Times

  • Shipping times vary based on item availability and lead times.

  • You will receive an email with an estimated shipping date within 1–3 days of placing your order.

  • In-stock items: Typically ship within 2–5 business days.

  • Built-to-order items: May take up to 7–14 business days.

  • Back-ordered items: Availability may vary; we will email updates for any ETA changes.

  • Standard delivery: Orders usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

Processing Time:

  • Orders may take up to 3 business days to process.

  • After payment verification, order processing through our warehouse may take up to 2 business days.

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday.


Worldwide Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping on our store. However, we may be able to make accommodations for certain items depending on the item, size, and logistics of the item.

Shipping Methods

  • We reserve the right to use a different shipping method if it ensures faster delivery or if your selected method is unavailable.

  • Ground service orders may ship via a carrier other than your selection; your tracking number will reflect the actual service used.

  • If accelerated shipping is unavailable, we will refund the difference between standard and expedited shipping and notify you.


Shipping Time

  • Shipping time is calculated during checkout and does not include processing time.

  • Not all shipping options may be available for every item.
