Returns and Exchanges
30-Day Return Window: You may return or exchange most items within 30 days of purchase, giving you ample time to evaluate your order.
Eligible Items: Most items are eligible for return, with the exception of custom, built-to-order products.
Product Condition: Returned items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Wait for RMA Approval: Do not send your item back without RMA approval. Unauthorized returns may result in additional fees or shipping charges.

Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package (unless otherwise instructed).

Ship the Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item. A trackable shipping method is strongly recommended.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange the item for a different size, style, or product, please indicate your preference when initiating the return. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item.
Return Fees
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. Opting for store credit or exchange will waive the restocking fee.
Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping charges and Extend Shipping Protection are non-refundable.
Free Shipping Orders: For orders with Free Shipping, the original shipping charges will apply if a return is processed.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, pricing error, or product information received from our suppliers, Lunatics Co reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. This applies regardless of whether the order has been confirmed, and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Lunatics Co will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account for the charged amount.
Order Acceptance Policy
Receiving an electronic or other order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order or confirm our offer to sell. Lunatics Co retains the right, at any time following the receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason. We also reserve the right to supply less than the quantity you ordered for any item, without prior notice. For orders exceeding $2000.00 (U.S.), pre-approval with an acceptable payment method established by our credit and fraud avoidance department is required. We may request additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
