How to Initiate

Contact Us: Email support@Lunaticsco.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Wait for Approval: Do not ship items before receiving your RMA. Unauthorized returns may incur extra fees.

Prepare Your Package: Include all tags, accessories, and the RMA number on the outside of the package (unless instructed otherwise).

Ship the Item: Customers are responsible for shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product. Use a trackable shipping method.
Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 15 business days after inspection.
