Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility

  • Most items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

  • Custom or built-to-order items are not eligible.

Condition

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.

  • Returns showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a refund.

How to Initiate

  1. Contact Us: Email support@Lunaticsco.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

  2. Wait for Approval: Do not ship items before receiving your RMA. Unauthorized returns may incur extra fees.

  3. Prepare Your Package: Include all tags, accessories, and the RMA number on the outside of the package (unless instructed otherwise).

  4. Ship the Item: Customers are responsible for shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product. Use a trackable shipping method.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 15 business days after inspection.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability; indicate your preferred replacement when initiating a return.


Return Fees

  • Restocking Fee: 20% for non-defective returns; waived for store credit or exchange.

  • Non-Refundable Charges: Original shipping fees and Extend Shipping Protection.

  • Free shipping orders may have original shipping charges applied if a return is processed.


Order Modifications, Cancellations, and Address Changes

  • Requests must be submitted before the order ships via our contact form.

  • Changes after shipping cannot be guaranteed.


Typographical Errors

  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with wrong information, we may cancel or refuse the order.

  • If payment was processed, a full credit will be issued.


Order Acceptance

  • Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance.

  • We reserve the right to:

    • Accept or decline any order

    • Supply less than the ordered quantity

    • Request additional verification for orders over $2,000
