Cusco's Radiator Cooling Plate is designed to prevent the overheating of radiator fluid during hot track days by improving airflow through the radiator. During high-speed driving, the airflow through the front of the car can get backed up on the radiator surface, causing it to find alternative paths instead of passing through the radiator. By installing the Radiator Cooling Plate, the open space between the front grille and the radiator support is covered. This prevents incoming air from directing itself over the radiator, ensuring that it is forced through it instead. This improves cooling efficiency, reducing temperatures and preventing overheating during high-speed continuous driving and circuit racing.
