Unlock More Steering Angle Are you seeking to maximize your vehicle's steering angle? We've got you covered! Xcessive Manufacturing's product lineup includes both Standard arms, which maintain some Ackerman for improved street handling, and Zero Ackerman arms, designed for maximum angle.

General Fitment Xcessive Manufacturing's steering arms are meticulously engineered to provide exceptional steering angle without overtaxing the factory steering rack. Depending on your tire setup, increased angle may lead to tire rubbing. This is less likely with stock fitment wheels and tires. Our arms are designed to seamlessly integrate with factory-style outer tie rods, preserving the taper fitment of the tie rod end. To accommodate this, the relocation of the tie rod necessitates the removal of the stock tie rod mounting point on the lower ball joint. We offer pre-cut lower ball joints for precise fitment.

Steering Angle Gains Compared to the stock steering arms, Xcessive Manufacturing's XM Standard arms offer a remarkable +16 degrees for an average net total of 53 degrees. The XM Zero arms elevate this to a net effective angle of +23 degrees, resulting in an average total effective angle of 60 degrees!

Additional Requirements Due to the outer tie rod mounting point relocation, you'll require longer outer or inner tie rods. It's often easiest to replace the outer tie rod ends. If your inner tie rods are worn, they can be replaced as well. If you plan to install longer Lower Control Arms (LCA), you might need both longer inner and outer tie rods.

High-Quality Material Xcessive Manufacturing's new arms are constructed from high-quality steel, boasting CNC precision geometry and steel alignment sleeves. We provide new grade 10.9 bolts for a straightforward installation.

Why Choose Stock Lower Ball Joints? Stock ball joints are both sealed and greased, ensuring their longevity, with a typical lifespan of over 100,000 miles. In contrast, spherical bearings, even those with Teflon lining, lack sealing and lubrication. This exposes them to road grit, which can act like sandpaper inside the joint and lead to premature wear. To ensure longevity, it's advisable to opt for sealed ball joints, especially if your vehicle rides close to the ground where road grit is most prevalent.
