Shipping
Shipping times vary depending on item availability and current production schedules. You can expect an email confirmation with estimated shipping details within 1–3 business days after placing your order.
Many in-stock apparel items ship within 2–5 business days, while limited releases, pre-orders, or made-to-order products may require additional processing time. If an item is backordered or delayed, we’ll keep you updated with the latest ETA information via email.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent directly to your email so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please note that some items may ship separately and arrive at different times.
Shipping rates apply to the lower 48 states unless otherwise stated. International orders may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or taxes determined by your country.
What to Expect Upon Delivery
When your order arrives, please inspect all items immediately for any damage, defects, or missing products. Be sure to verify everything against your order confirmation before removing tags or washing apparel.
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can assist you with a replacement or resolution. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for assistance.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Since many items may enter processing quickly — especially limited releases or made-to-order products — cancellations may not always be possible once fulfillment has begun.
Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase may avoid cancellation fees. After that period, cancellations may be subject to a restocking or processing fee depending on the status of the order.
Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we’re happy to help with eligible returns or exchanges.
To initiate a return, please contact us for return authorization before sending any items back. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Approved returns must be received within 14 days after authorization and returned in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
Please note that limited-edition items, pre-orders, sale items, and worn or washed apparel may not be eligible for return.

We stand behind the quality of our products and work hard to ensure every item meets our standards before shipping. If you experience any issues related to manufacturing defects or product quality, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Normal wear and tear, improper care, accidental damage, or misuse are not covered under warranty consideration.
