Enhanced Differential Bushings

The stock differential bushings simply aren't built to handle high-grip or high-power scenarios. Soft bushings can lead to issues like wheel hop and flex, potentially causing damage to the axle and other components. Our new solid Urethane bushings offer a robust solution for demanding situations.

General Fitment and Installation

The factory subframe features molded metal cups that our new bushings will snugly fit into. To ensure proper installation, you must completely remove the stock bushings. Once the subframe is clean and ready, simply tap the new bushings into place.

It's important to note that these bushings are side-specific, so take care to align the holes correctly and ensure proper side-to-side placement.

Materials

Our new bushings are crafted from a 70 Shore D urethane, which is similar to Nylon and incorporates a cast-in steel insert for the bolts to pass through. This urethane material offers the advantage of noise and vibration absorption without sacrificing rigidity. These bushings are effectively as stiff as aluminum but without the extreme road noise. You can expect slightly more road noise compared to soft rubber or urethane bushings.
